It has improved power management to support more powerful external USB devices and further to customer feedback based development the new Raspberry Pi 3B+ comes with built-in wireless and Bluetooth connectivity.
The 16GB SD card is pre-loaded with NOOBS. NOOBS is an easy installer program to install your favorite available operating system. You can turn your Raspberry Pi into a Linux desktop computer or KODI media player with just one press on the button.
